RED WINE BARREL AGED FLEMISH RED

Fermented with a mix of Belgian Trappist yeasts then aged with Morello Cherry together with a mix of a Lactobacillus culture and Brettanomyces yeasts.Matured in French red-wine barrels for 18 months.

The Morello Red is sour, with notes of bitter cherry, integrated with tannic and vinous notes from the lengthy barrel ageing
