Tasting notes: Toasted caramelised pecan with a bright tangy aroma. An incredibly aromatic, spicy and numbing yet addictive chocolate, inspired by the popular spicy mala stir fry pot dish. A special house made spice mix is slowly wok-fried to release its aroma, then blended with chocolate made with cacao from Indonesia and the Philippines. A party in the mouth!

Ingredients: Cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter, peanut, sesame, dried chilli, Sichuan peppercorn, cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, fennel seeds.
